Seal button seals rolls for custom sized bags. Accessory button evacuates air from all FoodSaver containers and canisters. Marinate button marinates food in minutes instead of hours. Speed settings adjust vacuum speed based on food type. Gentle seal will prevent crushing of delicate foods. Moist/Dry food settings adjusts seal level for moist or dry food.
